01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jeetbezz platform in any way — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms apply to all users of jeetbezz, including registered players, visitors, and anyone who interacts with any part of the jeetbezz platform. If you are using jeetbezz on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms.

02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on jeetbezz. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering on jeetbezz, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. jeetbezz is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.

• You are responsible for keeping your jeetbezz login credentials secure and confidential.
• You must not share your account with any other person or allow any other person to access your jeetbezz account.
• You must notify jeetbezz immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• jeetbezz will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Account details, including your registered mobile number, can only be changed by contacting jeetbezz support directly with appropriate verification.

jeetbezz reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if we have reason to believe the account is being used in breach of these terms, or if we are required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.

04 Deposits and Payments

jeetbezz accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount on jeetbezz is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though jeetbezz reserves the right to apply limits at its discretion.

All funds deposited to jeetbezz must come from a payment method that belongs to you. Depositing funds from a payment method registered to another person is not permitted. jeetbezz may request verification of your payment method at any time, and failure to provide this verification may result in your deposit being reversed and your account being suspended.

• Deposits are credited to your jeetbezz wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
• jeetbezz does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact jeetbezz support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error.
• jeetbezz reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we have reason to believe is fraudulent or made in breach of these terms.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available jeetbezz wallet balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with jeetbezz support.

The minimum withdrawal amount on jeetbezz is ৳200. Withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of the request being submitted, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the time of day.

• jeetbezz may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See the Bonuses section for full details.
• jeetbezz reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if we have reason to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts and payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• jeetbezz does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

jeetbezz offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out here. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• All bonuses on jeetbezz are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on jeetbezz use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the jeetbezz system. jeetbezz does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any player.

Each game on jeetbezz has its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing a bet. jeetbezz is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, jeetbezz will attempt to resolve the issue fairly. If a round cannot be completed, bets placed on that round will be refunded.
• jeetbezz game results are logged and stored. If you believe a game result was incorrect, contact support within 48 hours with the relevant game round details.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in any jeetbezz game is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on jeetbezz and are displayed within each game interface.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeetbezz. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds on jeetbezz.
• Money Laundering: Using jeetbezz to launder money or for any other illegal financial activity.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on jeetbezz.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or using any other method to claim bonuses more than once.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to play games on jeetbezz.
• Hacking: Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the jeetbezz platform, its servers, or its databases in any unauthorised way.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit made to jeetbezz without first contacting our support team.

09 Responsible Gaming

jeetbezz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• We have reason to believe the account is being used in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• We are required to do so for legal, regulatory, or compliance reasons.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, jeetbezz reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account.

12 Limitation of Liability

jeetbezz provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors or technical issues.

• jeetbezz is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• jeetbezz is not responsible for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other technical problems outside our control.
• jeetbezz's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
